Due to the hygienic and personal nature of pregnancy and maternal products, all purchases are considered final sale and we do not offer refunds. This policy helps ensure every expecting mother receives a safe, unused, and properly handled product.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@masovi.com so our team can review the issue and assist you. In these cases, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange when appropriate.

Lost or Missing Packages

If we confirm the package was lost in transit, we will ship a replacement order at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery for expecting moms, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Masovi is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may occur during shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for these charges. If you believe you may be eligible for reimbursement, please contact your local customs office for further assistance.
